Promote Shetland is the Destination Management Organisation for Shetland, it promotes Shetland as a place to visit, live, study or do business with.  Working from our office base in Yell, BDC deal with all telephone and email enquiries  for visitors as well as for Promote Shetland projects including the Shetland Brand Pack and the Move Here website.  A great example of decentralisation for this type of service.
